Role & responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections professionally.

- Explain product features, pricing, purity, making charges, offers, and exchange policies.

- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Assist customers with billing, product selection, and after-sales support.

- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are clean and attractive.

- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints courteously.

- Ensure accurate product handling, stock movement, and adherence to security procedures.

- Support inventory counting, stock verification, and store operations as required.





- Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and company promotions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer service and relationship-building ability.

- Sales and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and qualified appearance.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in gold, diamond, or silver jewellery sales.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and basic English is an added advantage.
