Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors, promoting our range of medical and scientific equipment, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Up to 2 years of sales experience is preferred, ideally in the healthcare or medical industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong willingness to learn and build a career in medical equipment sales.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
