Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

- Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and travel as required for business development.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain customer records.

- Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.

- Manage email communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and documentation using MS Excel.

- Assist with basic accounting activities, invoice tracking, and record maintenance(knowledge of Tally is preferred).

- Coordinate with vendors and project teams for timely execution of work.

- Provide regular updates on sales activities and client interactions to management.





Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Administration, or a similar role.

- Male candidates only.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and other MS Office applications.

- Background in sales and service of engineering products will help.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and time management abilities.

- Customer-focused with robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.

- Working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles (preferred but not necessary).
