Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rohini, Delhi.

We are hiring for both Field Sales and Inside Sales (Office-Based) positions. Depending on the role, you'll either visit customers to build business relationships or manage customer interactions from the office through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

As a Sales Executive, you will understand customer requirements, assist them in sourcing the right polymer materials, prepare quotations, coordinate with operations for smooth order execution, maintain customer records in the CRM, and build long-term customer relationships.

ResponsibilitiesField Sales





Visit prospective and existing customers.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable polymer products.

Conduct client meetings and collect market feedback.

Inside Sales (Office-Based)

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

Coordinate with operations and logistics for order execution.

Maintain customer records and provide timely support.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Experience in B2B sales, customer support, or industrial products is preferred.

Interest in polymers or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
