Scaler Bee Consultancy is an investment banking firm helping startups navigate the fundraising journey — from pitch readiness to connecting with the right investors. We work closely with founders to structure deals, build investor relationships, and drive successful capital raises. About the Role- We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert startup founders into clients for our fundraising advisory services.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships and communicating the value of our services clearly and confidently. Key Responsibilities-

- Identify and reach out to startup founders and businesses seeking fundraising support
- Pitch Scaler Bee's advisory services and convert leads into signed clients
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Understand each founder's fundraising needs and position our services accordingly




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handoff post-conversion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status (CRM)
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets What We're Looking For-
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (startup/fintech/BFSI background preferred)
- Robust communication skills — confident, persuasive, and consultative
- Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and fundraising landscape
- Self-starter who can work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) Compensation- - ₹25,000/month (in-hand)
