B2 Infosoft is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and drive sales for our IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and promote the company's software products and IT services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and IT/software services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
