Experience

0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome)

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Aviation background will be an added advantage.)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Counsel prospective students about aviation courses and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information.




- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in education, aviation, telesales, or counselling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
