Job Title: Sales Executive – Outdoor Advertising (Bus Branding & OOH Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate business for our Outdoor Advertising (OOH) division. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, selling bus branding and transit media advertising solutions, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Acquire new clients for Bus Branding, Transit Media, and Outdoor Advertising (OOH) campaigns.
- Pitch advertising solutions and prepare customized media proposals.
- Meet marketing heads, business owners, and corporate clients to understand their advertising requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and track client follow-ups.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Outdoor Advertising (OOH).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent client meetings across Delhi NCR.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
