We're Hiring | Sales Executive

At Aerophantom, we're empowering schools and educators through Robotics, AI, STEM Programs, and Teacher Training Solutions.

We're looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups

Connect with educators, and potential clients

Schedule meetings and product demonstrations

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM

Build long-term client relationships

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in EdTech or B2B Sales (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.)

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills





Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Excel

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
