Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective buyers, understand their property requirements, and present suitable options from Aarohi Group’s portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting property visits, explaining pricing and features, and supporting clients through the booking and documentation process. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams for listings and approvals, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

customer-focused service and represent Aarohi Group in the local market.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.

Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Knowledge of the local Jaipur real estate market, including property types (flats, villas, plots) and basic legal/transaction processes.

Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with transparent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and online property listing platforms.

Comfort with fieldwork, property site visits, and working in a target-driven environment.

Prior experience in real estate sales or related industries (banking, insurance, retail sales) is an advantage.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
