Job Description – CRM Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

· Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop and implement customer retention strategies, build solid relationships with key clients, and increase customer lifetime value.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement; create reports on key performance metrics (KPIs) like customer satisfaction and retention.

· Operational Management: Manage the CRM database, optimize marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot), and ensure smooth, personalized, or segmented campaigns.

· Sales & Lead Support: Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead conversion rates, manage lead nurturing, and assist with the handover process from sales to post-sales.

· Issue Resolution & Support: Resolve complex client complaints and inquiries promptly,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Team Leadership: Mentor junior CRM staff and provide guidance on best practices in customer service and system usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), data analysis tools, and email marketing software.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
