Key Responsibilities

- Design Creation: Produce, refine, and revise graphics, logos, layouts, and photos for print and digital media.
- Conceptualization: Study project briefs to plan concepts, determining suitable, color schemes, typography, and layout.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, web design) and external vendors (printers, clients) to ensure project alignment and quality.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.
- Asset Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through production to final delivery, often under tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,



Illustrator, InDesign).
- Design Principles: Robust understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Communication: Ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality illustrations or graphic designs.
- Education: A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is often preferred, but experience is highly valued.
