We at MACLEC Clean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are looking for experienced Welders & Fitters for our hydro-turbine manufacturing plant in Kotla, Punjab.

WELDER

Roles Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand
- Perform Laser, MIG, TIG and other types of weld based on project needs
- Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instructions
- Coordinate with field labor crew for efficient installations
- Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction
- De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Diploma preferred
- 1+ years’ experience operating as a commercial welder
- Current and valid certification a plus
- experience of working on SS & MS sheet metals
- Experience working on hydro turbines and with power tools
- Knowledge of hydro power plants best practices and safety procedures
- Ability to travel to jobs located
- Ability to work in a team environment.





FITTER

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical assembly of turbine components as per engineering drawings & work instruction
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure exact assembly.
- follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly, testing, and quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and workplace cleanlineaa.
- Coordinate with production & quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Fitter trade with minimum 1 year expperience
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance activities.
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to jobs located.
