Candidate will be responsible for managing the entire Technical Department engaged in installation, service, repairing, AMC, product development, projects and company support activities across the country with the help of internal team members and service providers.
Candidate must possess similar experience with solid command over hardware and software systems, along with the capability to utilize resources optimally and develop the department into a profitable and highly efficient support center.
Responsibilities include team building, coordination with system integrators and service providers across India, resource optimization, technical planning, and ensuring prompt support to clients within minimum possible time.
