Job Title: Experienced Boutique Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our boutique, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is a robust leader with a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage a retail team while maintaining high visual merchandising and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, banking, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, and loss prevention procedures.




- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a boutique or fashion retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with inventory management and retail POS systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours when required.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling.
- Visual merchandising expertise.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Boutique Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
- driving daily sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Store Operations and Merchandising: 5 years (Preferred)
