Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure effective ad spend.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for future campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in paid advertising (or relevant internships for junior roles).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
