ICJ is looking for a dynamic and motivated Placement Coordinator to join our growing team in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.We are seeking a professional with excellent communication, telecalling, and relationship-building skills who can connect with colleges, corporate partners, and students to create meaningful career opportunities. Position Details- Job Title: Project Coordinator- Location: Prayagraj.- Employment Type: Full-Time.-

Candidate Preferred. Key Responsibilities- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to colleges, universities.- Coordinate placement drives, internships, and interview schedules.- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and corporate partners.- Follow up with students to ensure smooth communication and coordination.- Maintain placement data, reports, and records.- Support students throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.



Required Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong telecalling and convincing abilities.- Positive negotiation and coordination skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.- Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Eligibility Criteria- Graduation in any stream.- Prior experience in placement coordination, telecalling, or business development is preferred.- Willingness to travel, if required.
