*Key Responsibilities*

Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) activities.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams for product development projects.

Develop product specifications, BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation.

Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

Prepare prototypes and oversee product testing and validation.

Ensure products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time product launches.

Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.





Analyze market trends and competitor products for new development opportunities.

Maintain NPD records, reports, and project documentation.

*Required Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in Recent Product Development, Product Engineering, or R&D.;

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
