We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creation Director to lead our brand's visual and digital content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, creative direction, website visuals, photoshoots, videography, graphic design, and social media content. You will be responsible for ensuring all brand communication maintains a consistent, high-quality visual identity across every platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Lead the creative direction for product photography, model shoots, campaign shoots, and promotional videos.
- Plan and supervise end-to-end photoshoots and video productions, including concept development, styling, scripting, and execution.
- Oversee website visuals, banners, product images, landing pages, and overall digital presentation.
- Direct the graphic design team to create engaging creatives for digital and print marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and social media teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across the website, social media platforms, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and content marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, models, agencies, and external vendors when required.




- Review and approve all creative content before publication.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Creative Lead, Art Director, or Content Creation Director.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, visual communication, and digital marketing.
- Experience directing qualified photoshoots and video productions.
- Excellent knowledge of website aesthetics, UI-focused visual presentation, and e-commerce content.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and creative layouts.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, editing, and post-production workflows.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, luxury, or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
