Job Title: Civil Engineer – Mivan Shuttering

Role Overview

We are looking for a site-driven Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering (aluminium formwork) execution for high-rise residential projects.

The ideal candidate must have completed at least one full Mivan cycle, from slab casting to final dismantling/removal of Mivan plates and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mivan Execution (Core Role)

- Execute and supervise Mivan shuttering activities for high-rise structures
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and fixing of aluminium formwork
- Monitor slab, wall, beam casting cycles as per schedule

2. Cycle Management

- Manage complete Mivan cycle timelines (floor-to-floor cycle)
- Coordinate activities from:
- Formwork erection
- Reinforcement placement
- Concrete pouring
- De-shuttering and plate removal

3. Quality Control

- Ensure zero leakage, honeycombing, and dimensional accuracy
- Conduct pre- and post-pour inspections
- Maintain quality standards during formwork fixing and removal stages

4. Site Coordination

- Coordinate with:
- Planning team
- QA/QC engineers
- Contractors and labor teams





- Ensure smooth workflow across all construction stages

5. Final Stage & Handover

- Handle last-stage Mivan removal (plate dismantling)
- Ensure proper finishing before handover
- Support in snag closure and project completion activities

6. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to site safety norms during shuttering and de-shuttering
- Monitor protected handling and stacking of Mivan plates

Key Requirements

- Must have completed at least 1 full Mivan project cycle (start to finish)
- Strong experience in high-rise residential construction
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Aluminium formwork systems
- Concrete cycles
- Site execution
