We have a opening for Office Manager & Client Relations Executive

Fondsen Broking Pvt. Ltd., an AMFI-registered wealth management firm, is looking for an Office Manager & Client Relations Executive to manage client servicing, account opening processes, office operations, and relationship management activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, robust attention to detail, and experience in handling clients within the financial services, broking, or wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

- Handle client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Account Opening & KYC

- Assist clients with Demat account opening and mutual fund onboarding.
- Complete KYC documentation and verification processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Reporting & Communication

- Share portfolio reports, account statements, and client communications.
- Coordinate with AMCs, Angel One, and other financial partners.
- Support preparation and dispatch of client reports and updates.

Office Administration

- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.




- Maintain physical and digital records.
- Schedule meetings and handle office correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Financial Services, Broking, Wealth Management, Banking Operations, or Client Servicing.
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, and KYC processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Angel One or similar back-office platforms.
- NISM Certification (preferred).
- Experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Broking firms.

Salary

2.5 Lpa + Performance-Based Incentives.
