Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Area Sales Manager (ASM). who will be responsible for the sales operations in Maharashtra & Goa. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The ASM will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement,



and providing guidance and support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and management (Preferably from the HoReCa segment)

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Experience in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry.

Experience in handling projects on supplies of Commercial Kitchen products will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of HORECA products and market trends.

Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Proactive and self-motivated.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Salary: Rs.600000 - 800000 + Travel Allowances and Incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
