Job Description :-

- 8-15 years of core purchase/procurement experience in building construction, with minimum 5+ years in a leadership role for high-rise residential projects (20+ floors)

Strong exposure to end-to-end procurement of civil, finishing, MEP, and façade items for developer-side projects

Proven track record of achieving measurable material cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations

Hands-on experience in setting up and managing purchase tracking systems, PR-PO-GRN cycles, and documentation controls
