Current Product Development (NPD) Manager – Personal Care

Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for a passionate and innovative New Product Development (NPD) Manager to join our Personal Care division.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive end-to-end new product development from concept to market launch.

* Develop and improve formulations for skincare, haircare, body care, and hygiene products.

* Execute formulation trials, stability testing, and product validation.

* Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement, and Marketing teams.

* Support pilot batches, scale-up activities, and successful commercialization.

* Ensure products comply with quality and regulatory standards.

* Track industry trends, emerging ingredients, and consumer preferences to develop innovative products.

Requirements:





* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

* 5–8 years of experience in New Product Development within the Personal Care/Cosmetics industry.

* Strong expertise in cosmetic formulations, product development, commercialization, and regulatory compliance.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
