Experience Required

- 5+ Years in Quality Inspection
- Experience in SS Sheet Metal Fabrication & Assembly

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection of SS sheet metal components.
- Inspect assembled products before dispatch.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and BOM.
- Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams for quality clearance.
- Handle customer complaints, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure proper packing quality before dispatch.




- Maintain 5S and quality standards on the shop floor.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SS Sheet Metal Fabrication & Assembly.
- Experience in Dispatch Inspection.
- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
