- Manage product listings on the company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Process and monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Monitor marketplace performance and maintain account health.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate product data and maintain catalog quality.
