- Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices and quality management systems.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards (MIL-STD, ISO).
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.




- Work closely with engineering and sales teams to align operations with project timelines.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
