Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new corporate, travel agent, and institutional business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, government organizations, and event planners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.
- Negotiate corporate rates and prepare business proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Reservations team to ensure smooth guest handling.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and business opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly business performance reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
- Promote all Nestlay Hotels properties whenever opportunities arise to maximize cross-selling.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or hospitality marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in hospitality sales may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore corporate market.
- Ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude with strong customer relationship management skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for local client visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
