Summary

The Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets, enhance client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. The role focuses on team performance, coaching, business development, issue resolution, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor revenue, lead generation, client acquisition, and overall team performance.
- Train the team on sales strategies, client relationship management, product knowledge, CRM, and operational processes.
- Develop communication, presentation, language, and public speaking skills within the team.
- Encourage business development activities, including client meetings, referrals, networking, and outdoor sales initiatives.
- Support team members in client handling, negotiations, product positioning, and business closures.




- Identify performance and skill gaps and implement coaching and development plans.
- Resolve escalated client, operational, and technical issues while ensuring timely solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize team-building activities and promote collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and business objectives.
