To ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests by providing warm hospitality, handling guest interactions professionally, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Relations
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
- Ensure guests are comfortably seated and attended to promptly.
- Build rapport with regular and VIP guests.
2. Guest Feedback & Issue Handling
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for quick resolution of issues.
- Collect guest feedback and share insights with management.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with service staff and managers to ensure smooth table turnover and service flow.
- Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special occasions to relevant teams.
4. Brand Standards & Grooming
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming as per brand standards.
- Ensure adherence to service etiquette and hospitality SOPs.
5. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain guest records, feedback logs, and reservation details.
- Support promotional events, special dining experiences, and guest engagement activities.
