- Take complete ownership of site operations, development, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth execution of works.
- Act asProject Management Consultant (PMC) representing the company at the site.
- Ensure quality control, safety, and timely completion of civil works such as roads, buildings, and drainage systems.
- Review and certify RA bills and maintain site documentation.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the corporate office regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for material procurement and work scheduling.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper execution of all site protocols.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
