Key Responsibilities

* Execute BTL marketing campaigns, product sampling, and promotional activities.

* Set up promotional stalls at apartments, corporate parks, supermarkets, exhibitions, and events.

* Engage customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Generate customer leads and maintain records using Google Sheets or CRM.

* Submit daily sales and activity reports.

* Coordinate inventory and promotional materials.

* Prepare post-event reports with sales, leads, and customer feedback.

Requirements





* 0–3 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Field Sales, Retail Sales, or Brand Promotions.

* Fresh graduates with solid communication skills may apply.

* Excellent customer engagement and sales skills.

* Willingness to travel for field activities.

* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and flexible to work on weekends when required.

Preferred Skills

* FMCG, Dairy, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Products experience.

* Strong sales negotiation and customer conversion skills.

* Relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
