Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling our event/Exhibition/ activation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record in the events industry and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients and markets for event and activation services.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized event solutions that meet their goals.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase our event capabilities and value proposition.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate our services and benefits.
- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network and represent the company.
