Sales manager/ Assistant sales manager/ Senior sales manager- Insurance( Health, Life & General)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our insurance sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the insurance sales team, achieve sales targets, recruit and train advisors, generate new business, build strong customer relationships, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

2–3 years of sales experience (insurance preferred).

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Strong leadership and communication skills





Team management and customer relationship skills.

Age criteria: Below 40
