We are a leading interior design company seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of previous experience in managing design sites, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

2. Coordinate with designers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and safety compliance.

4. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or diploma with minimum of two years of experience in site supervision, only in the interior and construction fields.

2. Must be able to drive.

3. Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Working hours: Monday - Saturday. 9.30-7.30. TA provided

Office in Kuruvankonam. Sites across Trivandrum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
