Role Overview:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Trainer who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end training to housekeeping staff across various sites. The role requires a hands-on approach with strong field presence to ensure quality training and implementation of standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for housekeeping staff
- Ensure proper implementation of cleaning SOPs and hygiene standards
- Provide in office (field) training and supervision
- Assess staff performance and identify training needs
- Maintain training records and reports

Requirements:

- Prior experience in housekeeping training
- Relevant certifications in housekeeping or facility management training
- Willingness to travel and work on-field regularly
- Strong communication and practical training skills

Preferred:

- Experience in facility management industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
