Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in GST, Taxation, and TDS-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions.

Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, payments, and receipts.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Ensure timely GST compliance, including GST return preparation and filing.

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, deposit,



and return filing.

Assist in direct and indirect taxation matters and ensure statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Mandatory knowledge of GST, Taxation, and TDS, including statutory compliance and return filing.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
