We are looking for a results-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee and expand our online business across leading marketplaces and our direct-to-consumer (D2C) website. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, digital advertising, sales optimization, catalog management, inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, IndustryBuying, Moglix, ToolsVilla, and other online sales channels.
- Design and implement growth strategies to improve online revenue, profitability, and overall marketplace performance.
- Track and analyze key business metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box ownership, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, discounts, coupons, and seasonal sales calendars.
- Optimize marketplace advertising campaigns, including Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads, while monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS.
- Enhance product listings through keyword optimization, SEO improvements, A+ Content, Brand Store enhancements, and catalog accuracy.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly,



and monthly business performance reports and MIS dashboards.
- Manage new product launches, category expansion, and assortment planning.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, returns handling, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the e-commerce operations team by setting performance targets and monitoring KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer support teams to drive business growth and improve the customer experience.
- Explore new marketplace opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives to expand the online business.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines, seller standards, and performance benchmarks at all times.
