Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Sales Executive / CRE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suitable product recommendations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the Store
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Update customer details and sales records in the system




- Coordinate with team members and management for smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Degree

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

Freshers also considered

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and convincing ability

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred Skills:

Customer handling and relationship management

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
