Job Title: Project Proposal Engineer
Department: Sales – Cooling Division (Industrial Products)
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical proposals, tender responses, and techno-commercial offers.
- Review RFQs, finalize engineering specifications, and develop pre-sales P&IDs.;
- Prepare cost estimates and coordinate with vendors for technical and commercial inputs.
- Participate in customer meetings and techno-commercial discussions with the Sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical queries and support order execution.
- Conduct Order Transfer Meetings (OTM) and ensure smooth handover to engineering.
- Manage customer approvals for scope changes,



alternative makes, and technical modifications.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of heat transfer and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness with strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
