The Role:
You will be working on electrical architecture and sensor integration. You will be working to design, build, and integrate the power and data architecture that allows a high-performance Flight Controller, Edge Compute, and multi-spectral payloads to operate flawlessly.
What You Will Do
-
Design and fabricate an architecture to support high performance harnesses.
-
You will be required to design custom Power Distribution Units (PDUs) to isolate sensitive electronics from ignition noise.
-
Physically integrate complex payloads (multi-spectral cameras, optical sensors, rangefinders, and stabilized gimbals) and ensure they talk to the Mission Computer.
Key Responsibilities
-
Power Architecture: Design custom PCBs for power regulation to convert high-voltage battery or power sources to clean avionics power.
-
Harness Design: Create detailed wiring schematics and fabrication drawings. Execute the build using high fidelity connectors and proper strain relief.

Electro Magnetic Interference: Implement shielding strategies to protect GPS and Magnetometers from high-frequency system and motor noise.

Protocol Integration: Write and debug low-level drivers for hardware integration using CAN Bus, UART, I2C, and Ethernet.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
-
M.Tech (Mandatory) in Avionics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)/Computer Engineering. Preferably a Tier-1 Institute (IITs, NITs, or global top 100).

3+ years of hands-on experience in Robotics, Automotive (EVs), or Unmanned systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
-
Specialization in Avionics Systems, Aerospace Electronics, or Control Systems Engineering.

Experience in integrating flight controllers, flight computers, sensors, and electronic subsystems.

Skills & Abilities:
-
PCB Design: Expert proficiency in Altium Designer (High-speed routing is a plus).

Fabrication: You must be comfortable soldering 0402 components and crimping industrial connectors.

Debugging: Mastery of Oscilloscopes and Logic Analyzers to debug bus errors.
Application Requirement: Attach photos of a PCB or Wiring Harness you have personally designed and built.
