Job Responsibilities :

- To ensure adherence to systems & supply defect free products to customer.
- To ensure internal rejection PPM & customer return product PPM & supplier PPM as per defined norms
- Collect data for Statistic Quality control & Rejection analysis and co-ordination with Production Department for preparation of corrective action plan
- Generate 8D Action Plans for the Customer Complaints
- To ensure compliance layout inspection, Calibration as per plans
- To ensure early detection of quality problem in development phase.
- To Educate & Motivate team members.
- To plan & establish quality processes & procedures.
