Requirements

✅ 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing

✅ Expertise in: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) YouTube Ads Retargeting & Conversion Campaigns

✅ Strong understanding of: ROAS Optimization Customer Acquisition & Retention CRO, CAC & Funnel Building A/B Testing & Campaign Scaling

✅ Proficiency in: Pixel & Conversion Tracking

Preferred: B2C / E-commerce Experience Knowledge of AI Marketing Tools Strong Portfolio & Previous Brand Experience
