Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from prospective customers.

- Qualify leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other marketing channels.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversions.

- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM on a daily basis.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up.

- Achieve assigned targets for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions.

- Provide accurate information regarding project specifications, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

- Address customer queries promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.

- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in handling residential real estate projects.

- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.

- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
