Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, answering customer queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic issues.
- Update customer information and call records in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when needed.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Working Hours:
- Office-based job
- 6 days a week (as per company policy)
- Fixed working hours with scheduled breaks
