Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books or Tally and strong knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities using Zoho Books/Tally
- Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliances
- Process vendor payments, invoices, reimbursements, and expense records
- Support month-end closing and MIS report preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, CAs, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee reimbursement processes




- Prepare reports and financial data using Excel/Google Sheets
- Monitor payables, receivables, and support cash flow tracking
- Guide junior team members when required

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar software
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,488.10 per month
