Hiring: Business Head (Sales & Marketing / Real Estate) Experience: 5 to 10 Years Location: Nagpur Work Mode: 100% In office The Role: We are looking for a high-energy leader to drive our sales engine, hit revenue targets, and mentor a high-performance team. If you have a proven track record of closing big deals and scaling businesses, we want you. Key Responsibilities: Drive Growth: Own the sales strategy and meet annual revenue goals. Lead the Team: Mentor, manage, and scale the sales and marketing verticals. Network: Manage key accounts, HNIs, and strategic channel partners. What We Need: 5–10 years of core experience in Real Estate or high-velocity Sales. Strong leadership skills with a background in managing teams. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
