Role Summary
To lead the creative team in conceptualizing and delivering impactful campaigns across print,
digital, and branding platforms.
Key Responsibilities
i. Lead and mentor the art team to develop creative campaign concepts.
ii. Ensure high-quality creative output aligned with brand and client objectives.
iii. Collaborate with copy, servicing, and production teams for seamless execution.
iv. Present creative ideas and oversee project delivery within timelines.
Desired Profile
i. BFA with 8–10 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
ii. Strong portfolio with expertise in integrated campaigns.
iii. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and excellent team management skills.
