The Finance Executive/Sr. Executive — Accounts Payable & Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end AP cycle across the Group's multi-entity, multi-geography structure. The role owns vendor invoice processing, payment execution, bank reconciliation, and finance inbox management. The incumbent operates with a high degree of ownership and accuracy, ensuring all vendor obligations are met on time and all transactions are audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and book vendor invoices across India, Singapore, Australia, and US entities; ensure correct entity allocation, cost centre, and applicable statutory deductions (TDS / GST) at point of entry.
- Execute vendor payments on schedule; issue payment advices and maintain payment confirmation records.
- Manage the shared Finance inbox — triage, route, and respond to all inbound vendor invoices and payment queries within defined SLAs.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation across all entity accounts and multi-currency treasury; clear unmatched entries within the book closure deadline.
- Raise and clear month-end accruals for pending invoices; support the monthly book closure cycle.
- Maintain the AP ageing tracker; flag overdue and disputed payables proactively.
- Process employee expense reimbursements and advance settlements; reconcile petty cash and corporate card expenditure.

- Maintain vendor master records — GST/PAN details, bank details, TDS applicability — with zero-error accuracy.
- Prepare AP sub-ledger schedules and vendor balance confirmations for statutory audit.

Education

- B.Com / M.Com mandatory. CA Inter (ICAI) or CMA Inter preferred
- Experience : 2–5 years in Accounts Payable, general accounting, or finance operations. Technology / startup workplace preferred.
- Working knowledge of TDS (194C / 194J / 194I), GST ITC reconciliation, and GSTR-2B matching.
- Cloud accounting software (Zoho, Xero Books or equivalent). Advanced Excel. Multi-currency payment platforms a plus.
- Strong written English required for vendor and cross-functional correspondence.

What We Look For

- Execution-first mindset — tasks are closed, not parked. Deadlines are met without prompting.
- Precision in every entry — invoice amounts, entity allocation, and deduction rates verified at source.
- Proactive communication — delays, disputes, and mismatches flagged in writing before due dates, not after.
- Documentation discipline — every payment is audit-ready: invoice, approval trail, payment advice, all filed.
- Multi-entity comfort — ability to simultaneously track payables across multiple legal entities in different jurisdictions.
