Requirement:

- BE / Diploma in Civ Engg; Autocad & Civ Engg related software.
- Minimum 1 years of experience is must in site supervision.
- Must be from Noida or ready to relocate to Noida.
- Must be able to read, understand and communicate all drawings to the Vendors / Labor.

Role and responsibilities:

- Handle projects independently, under guidance of Principal Architect & in conjunction with Project Architect.
- To be responsible for handling the Project Site, Vendor handling & coordination, minor material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of projects.
- Work as a technical adviser to subcontractors, operatives, and crafts people with respect to the construction site.
- Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks. Check drawings, plans,



and other qualities to get accurate calculation.
- Ensure that the quality of materials used is according to the expectations. Needs to oversee the requisition and selection of the materials.
- Monitor the contract documents such as managing, monitoring, and interpreting the design.
- Supervise the labor force and sub-contractors on day-to-day basis.
- Maintain quality control on the site.
- Resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise in the site.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
